Not every church is ready to launch a coworking space or community hub. Before evaluating specific models, it is important to assess mission alignment, leadership readiness, building assets, community needs, partnerships, hospitality culture, and capacity for experimentation.
This assessment is designed to help church leaders identify strengths, opportunities, and next steps.
Eight Areas of Assessment
How it works: You will respond to 40 statements across 8 sections. Each statement has four response options: Not Yet, Somewhat True, Mostly True, or Clearly True. At the end, you will receive a personalized readiness score and recommended next steps. The assessment takes approximately 10–15 minutes.
